Graphic Design & Labeled Products

Overview

This is a collection of various labels made for the food packaging industry. They include branded designs for strawberries, blueberries, and eggs containers, as well as, direct to food labels for watermelons, pumpkins, and various stand alone fruits. All custom label graphics and shapes were prepared to fit individual packaging container lids. Each label design was prepared according to customer specifications, brand style guides, color requirements, FDA and foreign language requirements necessary for selling the product in the USA and other countries. Labels were printed using pressure sensitive label stock for the application process and made to withstand cooler temperatures and moisture incurred in the field or at the store level.

Role:

• Label development and graphic design for flexo printing on packaging containers.
• Managed a national label variable data traceback program to trace packaging.
• Managed all prepress activities, color management, and made printing plates for press.
• Brand label management for product series, product sizes, weights and variations of labels.
